So I've started to subscribe to a geo-newsletter sent out by our friends over at My Wonderful World and am discovering that they have neat challenges monthly that I DARE you to tackle! Here's this month's, called Te Amo:
This month, we're challenging you to learn new phrases in a foreign language. Simple greetings like "hello," "goodbye," and "thank you" are a great way to step up your communication skills. Here's another idea: Impress your friends, family and sweetheart by singing your valentine cards with an exotic rendition of "I love you." So pick one that's music to your ears! Here's a short selection of language learning resources on the Web:
Looking forward to seeing what you learn! Create a list of new phrases and their translations...and then we'll post them here on The Blurb.
Personally, I think it's important to know how to say, "Where's the bathroom?" in as many languages as possible, don't you?
Signed,
Bam Bam Bigelow
