All of these current events about Darfur are remarkably sad and I realized that me and the Wicked Awesome Nacho Hotdogs have not done anything about it!
So this is something for Darfur that shows the two things the Hot Dogs and I do for the Blurb: writing and rapping. Mr. Mayo's class is working hard on the Darfur project, and we want to join him! Now it's time to rise up to our expectations!
This is probably the most wicked rap we have ever written. The lyrics can be found below the video so you can jam out to it around your house. We also included the sources for the images we used below the video too.
Be sure to leave us a comment to share your thinking about our rap—and be sure to join us in the comment section of the Many Voices: Darfur project blog on March 6th and March 7th:

Rap Lyrics:
Intro:
Darfur
It's wat I'm for
While we livin' it rich
They are livin' it poor
They are knockn' right now
SO LETS OPEN THE DOOR!!!
(guitar solo)
Chorus (2 times):
Realize
That we hear your cries
We'll try and cut your ties
To this Genocide
Verse 1:
Most Americans don't know what ya goin' through
But then there’s us Blurbers
Who care about you
You and all of ya loved ones
Gotta get rid of their guns
And end this war
NOW THATS FOR SURE!
Repeat Chorus
Verse 2:
Yet most Americans
Still remember our civil war
All the dead
Blood Shed
And the sight of the gore
And ask us Americans, do we want more
NOOOOOOOOOO!!!!
Repeat Chorus
ONE MORE TIME, YEAH

What about music to go with the rap? What this song did to me was help to me "Care more for Darfur" (hint hint: it rhymes). What you should of added in a is a way for us to help, you just tell what is happening. What else can i say, the song you added in for a bonus was well worth the effort, so thumbs from me.

Well watchamacallit I really disagree with your point of view on this I believe it was more than a bonus think it was something that would keep listeners entertained.
But they would still learn something and maybe even want to learn more. According to all the wicked awesome nacho hotdogs AND Bam Bam its the coolest part.
